I realize that this has little to do with most teachers who frequent these forums.
My wife and I are online teachers working for Russian schools. Of course that means our pay is based on a foreign currency (dollar). My wife just got the big hit today. Basically one of the schools she works for told her to begin vacation immediately and that they would only pay her a portion of what they already owed her,,, for now (not really expecting the rest).
