Anyone know of a service that will pick up my passport from my hotel in Bahrain and get a Saudi visa for me? Also with the coming holiday does anyone know when the Saudi Embassy is open during the next two weeks? |

I’m surprised that no one responded to this. I thought I would give a follow up in case someone else goes this route.
I was able to get my visa Thru VFS Tasheel International https://www.vfstasheel.com
(VFS Tasheel International Bahrain Financial Harbour, East Tower, 2nd Floor, Manama)
They have offices in a number of countries including Bahrain.
I made an appointment on their website. I went in on a Sunday and was helped pretty quickly. My visa service fee was 15.1 BHD, (or $40.6) and I picked up my passport two days later. It was a little confusing when I first made the appointment because they required a lot of information (online) and I was unsure what to tell them. They also seemed to require a lot of paperwork. As a non resident (of Bahrain) American; all I ended up needing was my passport, some photos and the letter from the school. |

It would be helpful to others if you explained why you had to go through this process. |

I had to get a visa in Bahrain because I wasn't in the U.S. and I couldn't get it in the country where I was located because I was required to be a legal resident. |
