Hello fellow teachers!

I am going to sign a contract with fieldedu in China and they are sending me to Jinhua, Zhejiang province.
The housing allowance is 1500rmb. What do you think is this enough to rent something nice and pay the utilities?

Anyone who has been living or teaching in Jinhua?
