I was told that it is COE policy not to allow transfers... Whether that is true or in fact the colleges themselves don't want transferees is anyone's guess...
I have seen sponsors who force you to final exit because they know that if you transfer they (the new sponsor) can't easily force you out like the original sponsor who brought you to KSA can... |
