Anyone have documents and/or links to the official in-English and in-Chinese government Labor Law documents regarding paying severance to FOREIGNERS in China. In my confrontations to come I want to have them in-hand.

I dug through my archived files and found an old copy of "RULES FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF EMPLOYMENT OF FOREIGNERS IN CHINA"

Major caveats
This is from 1996. There may be (read that probably is) a more recent set of rules.
This is NOT the 'Chinese Labor Law' that was recently overhauled that applies to standard employment in China.
Again - this is a specific set of rules that apply to hiring of foreigners only.
