If you're referring to a rubric assessing learner performance, each teacher should already have them and be using them for their classes. But if not, you can generally find holistic and analytic rubrics via an Internet search on rubric sample [subject area]. Otherwise, consider creating your own using one of the numerous online rubric-making tools.
But if you're looking for rubrics to assess an instructor's teaching effectiveness (i.e., a classroom observation), you can find examples on the Net with a search on rubrics for class observation. However, the focus should be on the teacher's performance and not the subject they're teaching. |
