I can't say if this is a permanent trend but we are starting to wonder.

I usually have 5 nights per week including a double of six hours on Sat or Sunday.

I'm down to 3 nights per week for IELTS classes.

I have not made the school unhappy with me.

Others are flow also.

Is RES losing market share? There are a lot of other schools and teachers in town.

Perhaps we should start thinking about the Fall of RES.

All organizations go through a life cycle.

Cliques of South Africans in the 20s who sit together like a impervious high school "in-group," who don't talk to anyone else who is not from SA.

Newly hired teachers of children who have no idea what they are doing.

IELTS teachers who miss a night class occasionally because they are too drunk to show up.

People over-staying visas coming to RES because it's a cash job that pay weekly and does not even require ID to prove your are who you say you are.

Welcome to Disneyland.

Nothing new....EFL teachers are just victims of the NWO. .....servitude and fierce competition is the norm in this ultra neo capitalistic Vietnam!
