Does anyone know if in Oman you need to go through equivalency of qualifications process as in UAE ? I have a colleague who is interested but part of his degree was on line and I wondered if Oman was a little more relaxed on this issue.

The Ministry of Higher Education in the UAE accepts online degrees (not CERTS. So, if he is looking at university work, he will be fine. Online degrees are usually not a problem in Oman.
