I think Laureate's contract is not getting renewed at the end of this year.

When the managers go to new jobs, I want to report their new jobs for their unethical activities.

What can I do to report them, stop them, or make sure that people know about their bad actions?

Report them ? To whom ? No one cares.The expression in the Middle East is "Al Ula". (Leave it to God.) In The Balkans we would say "Bog visoko, Tsar daleko.) (God is high up in heaven and the King is far away.)
Move on and get on with the next episode in your life.

How long are the College of Excellence contracts? I think they must be at least 5 years and the second Riyadh campus only opened in 2013.

Laureate needs to be reported to the COE.

If there are bad managers it is a reflection of Laureate.

When these managers go to new jobs, their new employers will quickly realize what they are about.

In Saudi Arabia the managers have to contend to the whims of Saudi students and to the unwillingness of owners to provide resources for proper instruction. I think a good manager doesn't last very long in Saudi Arabia.
