Hello,
I was told by HR that I'd get a response within 48 hours.
Of course that did not happen and I am not surprised as it's Oman.
Then I was told a decision would be made within one week
but it has now been 2 weeks and still no email.
Is this normal in Oman ? |

Yes, could be that the person whose job it is to deal with your query is off and in Oman the concept of cover doesn't yet exist. Or it could just be that they know they are going to give you an answer that you will not like and so they're avoiding confrontation. Or they don't know the answer and don't want to lose face by saying so. Or they've forgotten, misplaced your query... |
