I applied for a part time online teaching job with this company. I've never taught in Japan & I never did business with these people.

Maybe someone out there has. Please advise: they never pay, they pay late, they pay on time, they reimburse you for textbooks OK, they want the moon, they're considerate...

"Please advise..."! That has the same authoritative sound as an email from my boss! It comes across as pushy and bossy. Try editing your original message and be more friendly and use full sentences. Teachers on this site are neither in a hurry nor your business consultants. We think of each other as colleagues.
