Any thoughts on arriving in HCMC in August vs. July? It would seem that getting there before the school year kicks off would be the best overall period but I'm wondering what people think would be "late" for the hiring season.

A side note: I was in HCMC before so I'm not totally unfamiliar with the turf.....

Thanks for any thoughts on it!
