Hello, I taught in Qiqihar several years ago. Really liked northern China. Wondering if anyone is currently in Dalian, Harbin, or Qiqihar?.... Just trying to do a bit of networking to see what the current situation is like in those cities, how big the Westerner community is, if there are any teaching gigs in the summer, etc?
