Hey everybody,
I have recently been accepted onto a summer camp in Italy but the pay is only 500 euros for 3 weeks work and prior to the camp I have to pay 150 euros for an orientation/training week.
Prior to this I am working at a summer camp that pays 250 euros a week so it does seem a bit lower.
However we do get room and board included with host families in Italy.
Is this summer camp going to be worth it? After flights and the training week I am not going to be making much...
I do want to experience Italy though |

It wouldn't be worth it to me. It's 3 weeks work plus a week for orientation/training? So 4 weeks total for 350--minus flights. Charging for orientation week seems pretty low.

I would never ever do a summer camp in Italy. They are complete rip offs, work you every hour god sends and you get peanuts for it. They are NOT like UK summer schools |

Paying 150 euros to THEM before you even start work....it's a waste of time and travel costs I think, given what you will come out with. Italy is also very expensive... |

As the OP is over a year old, not really worth pointing out the obvious now |
