I know this is probably in the search history somewhere, but a refresher would be nice. Excluding the medical, what documents should I be preparing to receive and iqama.

Police report? State or federal?
Degree? Notarized?
Transcript? 1 or several? Notarized?
Am I leaving out anything?

I know this is a dull, repetitive question, but I appreciate any help anyone can offer.
