Heads up, SOT (Seasons of Technology) is a retread company from the same shady people who brought you "Amman Modern Language" , aka "Amman Language and Training". Despite their slick website they're fly-by-night in everything else; organization, course materials (all photocopied from pdf's) and hiring.
Although Abdulkareem is no longer with them, the games are continuing with Abdullah whose method of recruitment is to get teachers to commit to coming for a job and then renege on the offer when he finds someone else whom he can pay less.

Reminds me of AEL in Abha, Saudi Arabia. Although AEL goes a little bit further. After you've gone thru all the trouble and obtained your employment visa, all of a sudden they don't need you. They most likely recruit more people than they need and the first to get their visas win, although exactly what the winners get is anybody's guess.
