| I know already the hiring season is April and to early May. However is it fair to say that Thailand is a country were just going their like around this time and finding a job is easier. Since they need someone immediately? |

Sort of yes...BUT (and this is sometimes a big caveat):
At this time of year, those ASAP jobs are:
a) What nobody wants for any and all sundry reasons or
b) Positions where the teacher bolted after only 2 weeks on the job (kinda makes you wonder why).
I guess it is pretty much a case of, "Ya pays yer money (to get here) and ya takes yer chances).
