Hi

I'd appreciate it if anyone who could shed more light here. Jubail industrial College (JIC) and Jubail University College (JUC) both have a preparatory year program which is run combined at JIC main campus in Jubail.
Apparently there have been some contractors that started for the first time,

Royal Commission seem to be pretty honest and straight from what I know.. The last thread on this is quite old. Any recent information?
