The salary looks attractive, but what are the working conditions? Was it a good experience for you?

You're Canadian, right? This is likely a scam. Are they asking for any money?
The first red flag is that they don't need to recruit from abroad for jobs in the UK - there are masses of highly qualified native speakers already there (including many-many with relevant MAs and +).
