				| Does anyone know what documents are needed from the employer when applying for a work visa? A prospective employer asked me today, they want to obtain a 3 year work visa. Thanks | |

Thanks, strangely many people think that teachers don't need to have a test. Maybe some shady schools are just issuing business visas?

				| Alex, I already talked about this in another thread. Teachers don't need to take the test. When you said work visa, I thought you meant a general work visa. To get a teacher visa, you don't need to take the test. Teachers are exempt. The rules I linked apply ONLY to common work visas, not teacher visas (or work visa for the purpose of teaching). | |

				| What's the problem with taking the test anyway? Aren't we all B2 at least? | |
