Anybody know anything about them? Also, what do you think about this offer?

They're recruiting for Bahçeşehir Schools, which apparently have K-12 schools all over Turkey.

Here's the offer:

- Teaching Hours: 25 max. / week

- Length of Each Hour: The recruiter didn't know exactly, but I assume it's probably around 45 minutes.

- Students per Class: 24 max.

- Working Hours and Days: 8:30 AM - 4:45 PM, Monday through Fridays.

- Meals: Breakfast and lunch are provided.

- Weekend: I forgot to ask if teachers are expected to come in, for example, one Saturday a month.

- Breaks: 15 days mid-year and all national holidays

- Transportation to School: I forgot to ask about this, but it may be provided via bus.

- Length of Contract: 10 months

- Monthly Salary: 1,500 CAD (~1,200 USD and ~3,200 TL with the current exchange rate)

- Airfare Allowance: 1,000 CAD (~800 USD and ~2,150 TL with the current exchange rate)

- Accommodations: Free shared housing in a three-bedroom apartment with one room for each teacher or 800 TL / month for housing

- Work Visa: Provided

This seems like a good package. Basically, the salary is 4,000 TL / month if you add the housing allowance in. To compare it to 12-month contracts, that's around 3,300 TL / month. In addition, based on the scarcity of posts about Bahçeşehir Schools here on the Turkey forum considering they have over 100 foreign ESL teachers in their schools, I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume that teachers working there have a generally good experience.

Again, if anyone has any experiences to share about this agency or comments about the package, please do so for everyone's benefit.
