I worked for them for 6 months last year and i think overall it's a good place to work because the FAO is good to deal with, the apartments are big and modern, salary was prompt and when we did overtime they paid us (after we complained about it though).
The big negative about Wuhan is the poor air quality although as this uni is 20ks from the nearest subway station (Dijiao on line 1) and the down town area, the air was a bit better. The other negative is the location if you want to be at bars in town at the weekends, the bus to the uni from the nearest subway station stops at about 9pm which means you either get a hotel or do the 'all nighter'. I almost went back for another stint there but found a much higher paying job at a private middle school elsewhere.
