These new China visa laws make no provision for third party China Internships. This may be good or bad news depending on your willingness to lie on your visa application and risk getting stained with a felony conviction for the rest of your life. Anyway here are the links that will probably help rid ourselves of the scammers. They require getting a special certification letter from the Chinese PSB needed to apply for a visa. But look how difficult they make things!

The good news is that the legitimate China internships are the best ones because you get them directly from Fortune 500 companies in China for FREE with no strings attached or middlemen to deal with. http://www.wallstreetoasis.com/forums/100-free-china-inernships-no-scams-no-really
