There's a new ad for a position in Baku, Azerbaijan on the International Job Board that specifically states that the teacher must not be British or American. It seems odd, but if that's what they want.. Could it possibly be a mistake? Or is there some legal immigrationy reason for it?

Possibly they meant they would accept citizenship not limited to UK/USA.

Hard to tell, but could be an opening for Canadians and Australians : ))
