At the moment I'm living in osaka. I need to open a bank account but I dont have an inkan. Are there any banks that dont require an inkan?

| UFJ and Citibanc didnt require them when I applied a long while back. |

| Spend the 1000-2000 yen it takes to get a basic inkan if you are unable to set up an account with bearcat's recommendations. |
