Does anyone have any info on these recruiters? I have looking for a position and am familiar with many of the main ones popping up, but don't know much about these.
I have interviews coming up with both.
Thanks in advance for anything you can share. |

Recruiting agencies don't determine whether an employer is good or lousy. Once you find out who the actual employer is, focus on their reputation rather than the recruiter who's out of the picture anyway once you sign on the dotted line. |

Point taken;thanks.
One is for "a top medical university" and the other is for Saudi Arabian Technical & Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC); I guess I'll learn more in the interviews. |

The guy who runs that agency used to work for another and he was fine. I got my first job in Saudi through him and he was friendly and replied to emails promptly.
He may not know so much about the actual state of affairs on the ground because the employers often don't know themselves or change your location at the last minute.. |

The guy is a Mick and a bit of a *beep*. He asked me all sorts of questions more to find out about the company I was leaving than to help me get a new one. He was asking questions about current saalry which is always a red flag for me when asked by recruiters. They are just fishing so they can approach the management of the company later to get their own agency guys in for 70-80% of the price.
I found he never once followed up on any emails I sent him after and on Skype despite him advertising that they have an open door policy of taking calls on skype or answering cold call sms messages therein.
I found him unprofessional and a bit of a *beep*. There you go - that was my experience.

M D Talent Search are far more professional and do all the folow ups and paperwork for you.
I hve nothing but good things to say about them despite not subsequently taking a job through them.
