I'm planning to teach in VN early in 2016.

I'm wondering how easy it is to open a bank account in VN as a foreigner. I've heard it isn't too difficult, but I haven't found much detail.

Furthermore, can anyone tell me how difficult it is sending money out of VN? I'm from South Africa myself, though I'm not sure if the country one sends the money home to is important. Can VNDs be transferred overseas easily, from one's VN bank account?
