My doctor wrote "test not given" next to all three of these things. Reading through this forum, I've seen that this seems to be quite common, as does not providing the stool sample. If anyone things it would be a mistake to try to apply for a visa with that info missing, I'd love to hear it.
Also, there's one thing I'm confused about. I am supposed to submit three copies of the medical form. I assume that means that the doctor fills out the report and I photocopy it twice. Right? Or do I really have to go back to the doctor and ask her to fill it out two more times. Sorry if that sounds like a silly question, but I didn't see it addressed anywhere in this forum. |

Not testing for what's been stipulated is a risk by definition.
I recall having 3 copies prepared, a staff ticking boxes from an original, and my asking that all 3 copies be signed. |

Don't sweat it. Just give them a big stack of test results (hopefully several copies of the same test results). It's known as the "baffle them with bullshit approach." I gave them additional test result like MRI and consultations. My regular doctor rquired this at the time I did my physical.
They did not ask for bhlzaharisiasi tests after wading thru 40 pages of other test results.
Worked for me. |

The test would certainly make sense for those job applicants who previously spent time in countries where the disease is prevalent. |

Only tests I ever had for KSA visas were for TB and HIV. Maybe hepatitis. Things change and it is not possible to make generalisations about getting into "Arabia Deserta" Every case is different ! |

Okay, here is the deal on some of these tests. I just went through the process and now know. You DO NOT. Repeat DO NOT have to take all the tests on the medical sheet. If the doctor can make an honest medical determination you don't have a condition, he/she can write "no symptoms" or "not indicated" and your medical form and it will be accepted. That means, no stool sample! |

Carleton-Browne at the Foreign Office has just briefed me on Bilharzia. You can get it in Saudi. Or you could in 2012. It is endemic in Egypt.
