Anyone have info on this outfit?
Are their teachers still on business visas?
Did they ever get iqamas for their teachers?
Did any of the teachers ever bring their families over?
What is the housing like now?
When I was there, almost 2 years ago, we were housed in an apartment building in the Jamaeen neighborhood in the middle of nowhere. There was no security and the accommodations were less than ideal with the sewage backing up every month to the point that the smell of raw sewage permeated the apartments. HR promised to get everyone an iqama, but I left due to the fact that there didn't seem to be any real interest in getting this done. They just sent us to Bahrain for another 3 month visa when the old one was close to expiring.
The students were great and the pay was pretty darn good at 72K a year. What has changed? I wouldn't mind going back there if given the opportunity. |

I think most of us would call the place "Ras Tanurah". It is certainly nearby. I never got any closer than Dammam and the Dammam-Hafr Al Batin road !
In the middle of nowhere. Not good. |
