hi,
ive been reading up on different possibilities of where to work and live in taiwan. does anyone have any strong feelings for or against Tainan. im not looking for exciting city life, clubs, etc... taipei just doesn't sound like my type of place. im more of an outdoor kind of person. any suggestions?

I lived in Tainan for a few years. It's a smaller city than Taipei, but it's still very urban. The cost of living is lower than in Taipei, and you are pretty close to some rural areas.
