I know a few people ended up paying it. I know of employers who made it optional, which I did not know was possible, but, by and large it seems not to be widely implemented and on the shelf.

I want to know if this is the case as I am always looking at options even though I am no longer eligible to pay this 'tax' even if it was implemented, I still want to be clear on whats out there
