Am I the only one with social skills here?
Happy New Year.
I'm off to bed. |

I haven't even seen the sunrise of Dec. 31st yet! But happy 2016 to all of you in later time zones. |

Dear Hod,
To answer your question, yes, you are. But the rest of us are learning a lot from you in the social skills area, so don't despair.
Oh, and hope you have a great new year, too.
Regards,
John

I was going to wait for midnight , when the convention tells us the new day and the New Year begins.
Happy New Year to all of you - even to Hod. |

It was nearly midnight my time when I posted, but I still remembered, and it's the thought that counts. Even grahamb appeared, although I feared some reference to a long defunct calendar pointing out that new year was still a fortnight away. |

Happy New Year, everybody! I wish you all a good year personally, and on the national and global scale, may our leaders and politicians all experience a bout of common sense and good judgement this year. (Hard as that might be to imagine!) |

And let's not forget - in 2016, we all get one more day to screw it up.
Leap to it!

Or make it better!
Or just practice our social skills until we catch up with Hod! |
