Hi, I have a job in a private school but am thinking of looking at other possibilities. However I don't want to 'jump out of the pan and into the fire'

After I had already started in September, I got a call to work at the Escuelas Municipales. I was at school when I got the call and didn't have a chance to ask about pay etc. I said that I was already committed and couldn't take the job. They said to get in touch for next year.
I am wondering if anyone knows what the pay and conditions are like?
