Are the Newzealanders still tied to "The Empire", or will they agree that we live in "New Times" ?

Still envy them. They aren't living in the 'end times' as the US seems to be. Confused Sad

The proposed flag looks like fishbones on blue. It's crap, imo. Our ridiculous PM is really pushing for it.

I thought that the Kiwis were fed up with their flag being confused for the Australian one?

I can only hope that this one wins: https://www.govt.nz/browse/engaging-with-government/the-nz-flag-your-chance-to-decide/gallery/design/3127

The commentary is as powerful as the image which would most certainly lead NZ to become THE dominant superpower in the world.

Since Scotty started this discussion of flags and appears interested in them, let´s see if he can tell me which territory has this flag. The top left hand corner is the Union Flag (or Jack if you prefer). The rest of the flag consists of red, white and blue horizontal bars. Name it, Scotty, if you can! Wink

New Zealanders have voted to keep their existing flag. 56.61% of people voted for no change.

And your mind is still stagnated with too much socialism! Laughing

The people of New Zealand have decided to keep their current flag, and we have to respect their decision.
It is called DEMOCRACY not AUTOCRACY! Laughing

But the State of Hawaii still includes the jolly old Union Flag in its flag.

Sure, they're out in the middle of the Pacific. Word of the revolution hasn't reached there yet. Very Happy
