Hello!

I will be teaching for a grade school in China, ages 4-8, with pretty much NO curriculum or assistance in place I have been given a pretty good budget to select a curriculum. I am looking for a long-form program (such as every few months a new book to use but still in the same branded system) that can take the kids through a full year of English lessons.

Any good suggestions or ideas? Money really isn't a big issue.

Personally, I like everybody up from Oxford University press.
3 books for each level - workbook, pupil book and teacher's book.
A chapter in each book, if you follow the lesson guides, will last about 4 weeks (4-5 hours per week).

Let's go is another series from OUP.

If you prefer then there are a couple of series from Cambridge University Press that are similar in scope and sequence.

Macmillian have a similar series as does Longman. Just google the publishers for the on-line catalog and book descriptions.

Pick the publisher of choice.
