May I suggest that this be removed. Not only is it 14 years old but is so cliche-ridden it stinks. Fiesta, siesta, tapas and bla-bla. But what takes the biscuit is the assertion that in Academias in Spain, the money is ¨generally OK¨. It´s OK if your work experience consists of sweeping the streets of Calcutta or washing dishes in Lagos.

Agree re:Madrid. The other sticky should be removed too or replaced with a general sticky warning of scams. We can be sure that the scammers using Palma institute have long moved on.

A very good point indeed. Honestly, I don't know what Dave Sperling was on when he wrote that post. Either he was the Harry Potter of English teaching, or he just listened to what the private academias were telling him.
Teaching English might earn you €1,300 per month, if you are lucky. Not everyone is lucky. I will tell you about my experiences later.
