Hello all,
Firstly I'd like to ask of one needs to get vaccinated before travelling to KSA. I know you may thibk its a silly question but it's my first time travelling there so I just want to make sure I've covered all areas.
My next question, are gluten free (such as wheat free) bread, biscuits etc available over in KSA? I've been told you can get wheat free stuff at the major supermarkets but not sure if baked goods are available.
Thanks for all responses |

No vaccinations, although my doctor recommended hepatitis B jabs if I hadn't had any recently.
Gluten free products may be available in the big supermarkets like Carrefour in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam. Outside the big cities, probably not. |
