I've been in Mexico for over a month and have been busy looking for work here in the D.F. However, in the back of my mind I keep thinking of Queretaro, which I visited while on vacation a couple of years ago. While I appreciate the cultural vibrancy of the capital, the noise and traffic and sheer logistics of getting from one place to another is beginning to get me down (and tired). So I'm thinking that moving to a lovely place like Queretaro would be a good option for me. Are there any schools there you can recommend that pay a living wage and treat their teachers decently? I have many years of experience teaching university students and adults in the States and abroad, including a stint in Mexico in the late 1970s.
Thanks for your help.

Try a place called Shamrok and another called "The Kennedy School" .
They cater to the richer segment of Queretaro and are more stable than some of the other schools around.

Thanks for the advice. If nothing else, at least I now have an excuse for taking a trip to Queretaro.
