Hey guys,
I'm currently on a (L) tourist visa since my RP expired in June. I'm just hanging out in Hangzhou, where my new job starts after the G-20 mess, maybe Sept. 10. I just got notice from my agency that my papers are ready for pick-up. I will head to Hong Kong for a couple of days next week. I'm just wondering if this G-20 will impede or affect their decision-making in Hong Kong to approve my Z visa or reject it. I've done the Hong kong run before and been approved 2 other times, but this event concerns me a bit, with all the tight security going on.
I'd appreciate any feedback or thoughts on this odd situation.
