| Does anyone know what the difference in salary is between an international school teacher in China and a good salary Tefl job? Is there a big difference in salary or can they be on a par with each other? What sort of salary does an international school teacher make in china? One recruiter said that a tefl job going at an international school paid 20,000RMB. I just wonder what other subjects are paid. some international teacher on tes forum reckons she and her husband get 16000 housing allowance per month! Some tefl salaries ARE 16000 per month. She didn't say how much she earns but said it's more after tax than she earns in the UK. So would she be on 30,000RMB then do you think plus this 16k housing allowance. She is in Shanghai I think. |
