The only difference is that unis are now requiring grad students to run their thesis / dissertation through turnitin before submission.

The Thais bring their nasty plagiarism habits to universities in the UK. Most think it perfectly exceptable to copy or have a 'professional' write their papers for them. Something really does need to be done about this. |

Won't catch them if they paid someone to write it, so long as the writer was honest. |

If you work as an editor, you'll find that many Thais do honest research and occasionally publish in journals in numerous fields. |
