Hope this post is still considered as job-related.
I have a job offer a from school in China. My 'home' is in Thailand, where I also have a small business.
If I accept the job offer and relocate to China, I would want to stay in daily voice contact with my staff in Thailand. Were I still in Thailand, I'd use the LINE application on my mobile phone.
But I believe that the authorities in China block access to certain internet or mobile applications, such as Facebook.
Can anyone with experience of this tell me whether or not the LINE application works in China for communication with a LINE user outside of China?
On a similar theme, can one use Ebay, Paypal and Youtube in China? (When I worked in Myanmar a few years ago, these were definitely blocked). |

| LINE doesn't work in China, unless you use a VPN. |

YouTube is also blocked in China so it's only accessible through a VPN.
PayPal and Ebay are currently accessible as normal. |
