What odds do you give that yet another Saudi grand plan is going to work?
In my experience in SA, I've found the average Saudi to be rather "work shy".'
I had a student who decided he wanted to start a business. He invited me to see his office. He leased a large opulent space in a new fancy building on an upper floor. He had chosen the corner office for himself. It was furnished in the grand style that Saudis like. When I asked him what business he was in, he told me he had not decided yet.
Somehow I don't think the Kingdom’s "Vision 2030" has much of a chance for success. |

Kinda like the blind leading the blind.
How much do you want to bet that, if things keep going the way they are there, they're going to have to rename it: DIvision 2030? |
