In respose to vs' comment regarding needing a translator for all of the acronyms in tefl/tesol , i had said, "here is another one -- pdd" referencing this university's foundation department.
They are not the highest paying employer in Kurdistan. This is based on personal experience.

Advertising this month for 18 hours (clock hours I think) for $30-$35 a lesson.
Evidently not the APP (academic preparation programme), but evening classes.
6 evenings a week! One day off per week. One week off after every 8 weeks.
Free shared accomm., but you have to pay for utilities.
Ca. $2500pm and Sulaimani is okay. Getting a visa there would be tricky in current circumstances. |
