Can anyone point me toward an official form or otherwise advise me on how to present my HIV-negativeness when applying for a Russian work visa? The company is all like "oh, just anything with a doctor's stamp" but I'd prefer to have a little more guidance.
My doctor is happy to fill out a form or certificate if I can find one, but he doesn't have one ready-made. I can't find anything on Russian embassy websites.
Will a letterhead note from my doctor with the lab results attached do it? |
