Not unexpected news

With the deputy minister taking on the job - there probably won't be any significant changes in NL or Qatar. The contract with the state is apparently hung up on money (not unusual).

Although this article says that AMV can reapply for the job http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/newfoundland-labrador/ann-marie-vaughan-cna-president-replaced-no-politics-appointment-1.3703534


Looks like everyone has to reapply for their jobs - no matter at what level if they are on a contract.
