The M visa is a Commerce and Trade Visa. It's not a work visa. |

Party B will come to China with a L visa and before the L visa expires Party A will give Party B a Z visa and Party B needs to pay for he visa run to HongKong which is in total around 2000 Yuan and the health check fee in China, which is 650 Yuan. Party A will pay for all the visa fee itself. Party A will guarantee Party B has the right Z visa no matter Party B has BA degree or not. But Party B needs to provide a two years work reference letter and a non criminal record.
Is this common? Also how much weight does this contract actually carry? If I were to get in any sort of trouble could this get me out of it? |

The contract carries ZERO weight. The initial contract is only used to get the invitation letter for the Z visa. I would avoid this position. |

Illegal, immoral and inadvisable. Tell party a to file the contract where the sun don't shine and get yourself a proper, legal job. There are plenty around. Just have patience and keep looking.
Edited to add... You might want to change the thread Topic form 'Too good to be true?' to 'Too bad to be true?' |

Echo chamber the others. Don't do it. Run. Also, does the rest of the contract have as many errors as that short bit you posted? |

Interesting that their text parrots the SAFEA idiom, while actually asking you to contract to break the law. |
