That's what the agency handling my Z visa run to HK wants along with the usual docs: CRC, HC.
Fortunately I've got an old T4 tax receipt from 1999 but I doubt they'd accept that because it lacks an official stamp That along with a signed letter with the company logo and address on it should suffice. MOD EDIT

degree-related... wtf?

what if your degree is in, say, geography, but all of your experience is in teaching English?

Seems that was only the agent's requirement, the one my employer found. The agent I used last year with another employer doesn't even require the HK run to switch an 'L' to a 'Z' and there's no such requirement.
