I saw this interesting video about Japanese women in Japan's work culture.
The Japanese gov. wants to get more women in the workforce to fill vacant jobs that can't be filled because of Japan's low birthrate.
Easier said than done. The stressful conditions of many office jobs here seem to be causing women to have miscarriages.
And some companies are shaming Japanese women who have given birth to a child to come back to work from their maternity leave early.
