If your school was receiving government funding and setting up mock-facilities to fool inspectors and everyone was going along with it, what would you do? |

Honestly, it would depend on what my position was, and the likelihood of finding an equivalency. Whistleblower protection here is a lip service in a lot of cases, and blacklisting is definitely a thing, so depending on your situation, how willing are you to blow up your spot?
If you can do it anonymously, safely, yea, I'd say go for it. But CYA. |

Thanks for weighing in. I'm not worried about my position. At the same time, I have no desire to say anything because everyone seems to be complicit. |

Thats a tough spot to be in.
Questions you don't need to answer - Does the situation pose any physical threat to the students or staff? Does it interfere with the students' academics? |

That's another thing. It's new construction and the first thing I noticed was no fire protection. I cannot see one sprinkler. Maybe it's fireproof or something. There's also the idea of locking all the exits recently. Honestly, all routes of escape were pad-locked. |

Again a question you might not want to answer but could be very important; is the school obtaining student visas on the back of this?
If so then if I were you I'd be looking seriously at informing the authorities - making a bit of dodgy cash is one thing but falsifying immigration documents... |

Is the school using public money to build facilities that will be used differently than the funds are intended to be spent? For example, funds being spent to build student study rooms that the school actually intends to use for staff offices? I've heard of this kind of thing happening before. |
